The Inclusion & Equity Summit: MidWest
AWARENESS INTO ACTION: INSPIRING CHANGE
The past year and a half has brought unprecedented disruptions and uncertainty to our lives, jobs, and families. It is changing the way we do business, socialize, and even educate our children. The Women in Law & Leadership Regional Summits will explore these changes and the effect they are having on the career paths of women and underrepresented leaders. Diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives are no longer taking a back seat in Corporate America. Further, DEI is not a gender issue or a race issue, but rather, it is a people issue. In order to truly foster change, we need to get all stakeholders in the room. Therefore, all genders are welcome!
What are the best strategies for recruiting and retaining diverse talent? What does success look like for you and what is the most effective way to bring it to fruition? How can we enlist men to become our allies and advocates? Are companies doing enough to create a culture of inclusion that goes beyond metrics?
The conference will provide networking and learning opportunities on the below-listed topics and more!
