In her role, Kenyatta provides Davey and its subsidiaries with strategic legal counsel on all labor and employment related issues.

States are passing law that, with the EEOC, place the responsibility for compliance on employers: including for the actions of agents such as software vendors. Conversely there is a lack of clear guidance for employers.
