The Diverse Rainmaker Summit: Excellence in Business Development - West [Virtual]

CONFERENCE OVERVIEW

We are thrilled to announce our inaugural Rainmaker Series of Summits! The first in a series of summits, training, and seminars on business development for partners and partner track associates.

One of the main obstacles Senior Associates or Partners face is creating and building your book of business and this tends to be especially true for diverse outside counsel. The good news: business development is a learned skill. At CenterForce’s Rainmaker series, we focus on teaching those skills, habits, and strategies that can make you a rainmaker.

The current challenge is that most diverse lawyers go in-house. Currently, only approximately 20% of all partners are women, 4% of partners are women of color, and under 3% are African American. By bringing together partners, rainmakers, and in-house clients who have successfully navigated these challenges, this event aims to provide actionable takeaways for traditionally marginalized individuals looking to advance their careers.

Business development is a learned skill, and this summit offers real-world tools that will make an impact right away – all you have to do is sign up!
