Steve Camac, President
At Centerforce, Steve sets the strategic direction for the company as well as each summit's editorial content. His focus is to develop quality conferences that provide top-class content and high-level networking opportunities for business communities. Steve's conference and trade show experience includes leadership positions at IQPC and IIR. Steve started Centerforce based on the core belief that conferences, when done well, are a powerful and effective business solution.

Steve moved from his native England to the U.S. in 1991 and not only graduated with a B.A and M.A in History from Montana State University (MSU), but was also an all conference collegiate tennis player for MSU – Go Bobcats!

Most weekends Steve can be found on a tennis court somewhere contemplating a comeback.

David Wood, General Manager
As General Manager, David leads Centerforce’s strategy and operations across marketing, content and sales. Prior to joining Centerforce, David has held a number of account management and business development roles at agencies in the UK, France and the US.

He holds a B.A. in Communication from the Université de Tours (France) and a MSc. in Media Management from Stirling University (Scotland).

David’s lifelong passion for soccer has taken its toll on lamps, windows and shins around the world.

Rachel Stepaniuk, Associate Director, Marketing
As Associate Marketing Director, Rachel leads all marketing campaigns for Centerforce. She keeps the community in the know and fills the room with top-notch executives - helping create the type of high-level audience for which Centerforce is known.

Rachel holds a B.F.A in Graphic Design from The University of the Arts (Philadelphia, PA) and an M.A.T. from The School of Visual Arts (New York, NY). In addition, she is a certified 500-hr yoga instructor.

Rachel spends much of her time out of the office practicing yoga. She plants yogic seeds for her Centerforce colleagues, keeping them in tune with their Zen amid a bustling schedule.
